LeighDeux strives to deliver the utmost in quality. On the off-chance, you discover a factory defect, we will gladly exchange or return your defective product as long as your product is returned to our warehouse within 14 days of your order.
***All custom order sales including made to order products (bean bag cubes, floor pillows, shower curtains, canvas headboards and facemarks, personalized or monogrammed merchandise), as well as orders for items that are on sale, are FINAL and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.***
It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact LeighDeux customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return. When returning a defective product you will be refunded and the credit will go back on the credit card you used. All other returns will have a choice of an exchange or store credit. You have several options to make your return:
A) We can issue you a Return/Exchange form and a printable return label via email and shipping will be deduced from your return. You will need to drop off your package at a nearby Fed Ex location;
B) You can ship it back to us on your own. If you choose this option, please pack the merchandise in its original packaging and send it to:

You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 14 days for in-house processing). Please keep your shipping receipt number for reference and tracking.
A credit for the defective merchandise's value of the returned product will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
NOTE: When paying for return/exchange postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
Returns made for any other reason beyond factory defect will receive site credit less the 20% restocking fee and will be issued reimbursement in the form of a promo code which can be used on our website anytime within one year from the date of purchase. Returns must be in new condition and in original packaging, unused, and unwashed and must be accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. LeighDeux does not cover return shipping.
